  • Non-Exclusive License: The MLA license granted is non-exclusive, allowing you the flexibility to distribute your music through other channels simultaneously. You maintain ownership of your music and can explore additional revenue streams outside of our agreement.
  • Term and Termination: The standard contract duration is one year, with automatic annual renewals. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing three months’ written notice before the current term expires.
